Job Description

We’re looking for a bubbly and customer Support/sales Specialist to help  our clients with customer acquisition with quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • A Call Center that handles inbound and outbound calls.
  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries
  • Researching the required information using available resources.
  • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
  • Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
  • Work closely with our client base to better understand their needs

Contract Type / Duration: Full time, permanent starting April 5, 2021

Location: Oasis Plaza, 6 March Pen Road, St. Catherine the office is located in Spanish town (KFC and Scotia Bank in the Plaza).
Salary: $300 JA$ per/hr plus commission, offered after 2 weeks evaluation period with pay.
Evaluation Period: All new agents will be given Full Training (Call Center and Product) for 2 weeks. At the end of the evaluation period, you may be chosen to continue at a base pay per/hr plus daily/weekly bonus.

Requirements:

  • Open availability:
    • Monday through Saturday.
    • 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Experience in dealing with the public.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good computer skills.
  • Previous experience selling products or service is an asset
