Job Description

We’re looking for a bubbly and customer Support/sales Specialist to help develop our customer base with quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • A Call Center that handles inbound and outbound calls.
  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries
  • Researching the required information using available resources.
  • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
  • Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
  • Work closely with our client base to better understand their home Entertainment needs

Contract Type / Duration: Full time, permanent starting November 2020

Location: Remote due to Covid-19, the office is located in Markham, ON
Salary: $300 JA$ per/hr plus commission, offered after 2 weeks evaluation waiting period
Evaluation Period: All new agents will start as a commission only for 2 weeks at a rate of $3,000 JA$ for each customer service installation. At the end of the evaluation period, you may be chosen to continue at a base pay of $300 JA$ per/hr plus $500 JA$ per customer install.

Requirements:

  • Open availability:
    • Monday through Saturday.
    • 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Experience in dealing with the public.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable Internet
  • Have a computer/laptop
  • Good computer skills.
  • Previous experience selling products or service is an asset
