HVAC Warranty

  • ✓ Help with unexpected furnace and A/C repair costs
  • ✓ Coverage, limits and exclusions provided in writing
  • ✓ Ask us any question before you decide

Home Appliance Warranty

  • ✓ Can be combined with HVAC protection
Good to know: These warranty plans are private, optional products. They are not a government program or rebate. Before you agree to anything you will receive the full terms in writing, including the monthly cost, the length of the agreement and how to cancel.

Ontario Attic Insulation Rebate

Separate from our warranty plans, Ontario homeowners may qualify for a rebate on attic insulation. The program is delivered by Enbridge Gas and Save on Energy, with support from the Government of Ontario. Here is a summary of how it works.

Maximum Rebate (attic insulation)

Insulation BeforeUpgrade ToMax Rebate
R-12 or lessAt least R-50$1,250
Over R-12 to R-25At least R-50$1,000
Over R-25 to R-35At least R-50$800

No home energy assessment is required for this path. Amounts are shown as listed on the official program website in October 2026 and can change.

Who May Qualify

  • You own the home where the work is done.
  • Single or semi-detached homes, row/townhomes (not stacked) and mobile homes on a permanent foundation.
  • Natural gas heat requires an Enbridge Gas account; other heating types must be connected to Ontario’s electricity grid.
  • Not a new build (occupied six months or less) and no previous attic rebate from these programs.
  • The work must be done by a contractor approved by the program.
Please read: The attic rebate is run by Enbridge Gas and Save on Energy, not by Ace Promotions Group or MorConnect. We cannot approve applications or guarantee a rebate. Only contractors on the program’s approved list can deliver the attic rebate, and the official site lists them. Program terms apply, and the program can change or end at any time. Always confirm current amounts and eligibility on homerenovationsavings.ca.
